Privacy Policy

Overview

Touchline Studio ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. Your coaching data belongs to you, and the app is built to minimize data collection while keeping core features powerful.

Data Storage

Local Storage: Teams, seasons, players, drills, sessions, and notes are stored locally on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync: If enabled, data is stored in your private iCloud account using CloudKit. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible by your Apple ID, and not accessible to Touchline Studio.

Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data. There are no accounts and no app-owned servers for coaching data.

AI Features

The AI Drill Creator uses OpenRouter only when you enable it.

• Only drill parameters you enter are sent to the AI service
• No player names or personal coaching data are required
• Your API key is stored on your device
• Requests are governed by OpenRouter policies

Analytics & Tracking

Touchline Studio does not include analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party behavior tracking services.

Third-Party Services

• iCloud (optional): Syncing across your Apple devices
• Speech Recognition (optional): Voice-to-text note taking via Apple frameworks

Data Deletion

You can delete data any time by removing items in-app, deleting the app for local data removal, and managing iCloud storage for synced records.

Children's Privacy

Touchline Studio is built for coaches and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes are reflected on this page with an updated date.
